Click on "Book Now", choose your preferred ride type and follow the steps in the form.

Accepted: cash, card, or delivery note (corporate customers only) — directly in the vehicle.

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Once a driver is assigned, you’ll receive the vehicle and driver details and can track the ride live in your customer area.

If you do not show up after the included waiting time, the Terms & Conditions apply (no‑show fee).

Please contact support with your booking number; we’ll assist with lost and found.

Based on the type of ride, distance, travel time, and selected extras. The total price is shown at the end of the booking process.
