Our Story
Taxiloyal was born out of discussions among independent taxi and passenger transport entrepreneurs: our goal was to make bookings easier and safer for customers – and to bring reliable jobs to serious operators.
From this idea, a platform was created: built and operated by licensed taxi companies, open to a working group of verified partners – with no mediation fees for customers or operators.

Our Commitment to the Taxi Trade
- Compliance with licenses, trade law, and driver qualifications – without exception.
- No undercutting or price dumping – surcharges & waiting times follow public regulations.
- Invoices are always issued by the performing company or driver – with or without VAT depending on legal status.
- Mandatory use of registered cash systems and receipts for every trip.
- Cooperation with authorities within the legal framework; clear procedures in case of violations (suspension).
How We Ensure Quality & Legal Compliance
- Manual verification of every company (trade register extract) before approval.
- Personal verification of every single driver (license & taxi driver permit).
- Obligation to issue receipts and record every trip according to legal standards.
- Immediate report and suspension upon expiry or withdrawal of driving permits.
- Regular audits; in case of violations: immediate exclusion from the platform.
We act in good faith and in full compliance with Austrian law. When legal requirements change, our processes and terms are updated to maintain compliance at all times.
Price Transparency – No Hidden Fees
Before booking, you see the total fare including all known surcharges (e.g. night surcharge, child seat).
Included: the booked route plus 30 min waiting time at airports or 10 min at other pickup points.
Additional waiting time €10 per 15 minutes started, night surcharge €7 (10 PM–4 AM), extra stops by arrangement.
After booking, you receive a full confirmation with all fare details. The invoice is issued by the performing company or driver.
Against Illegal Work & Fraud
- No anonymous providers: only verified companies and personally approved drivers.
- Spot checks & immediate suspension for violations (e.g. expired documents, missing receipts).
- Zero tolerance for collusion, overpricing, misuse, or fraud attempts.
- Customers benefit from traceable processes: booking confirmation, pickup details, and invoice from the executor.
A Working Group – Not an Anonymous Platform
Taxiloyal is a network of independent, licensed operators. We combine expertise and capacity to offer customers reliable service and partners more planning security – without central fees, without anonymous structures.
